Faith Lutheran offers a large array of discipleship and educational classes for all. We at Faith feel that education is a never ending process and that through study and discussion we can get to know, love, and come to a better understanding of God.
Classes for Adults
Our adult Sunday School class (September-June @ 9:50 AM; summer months @ 10:45 AM) discussion varies, and topics are short-term in nature so that more can be covered each year. We also offer a monthly Thursday evening Bible Study (men and women) and a women's study (Smircle), which meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:15 AM.
The Faith Book Club meets every 1-2 months to discuss books of interest. The group selects which book is to be read and then meets to discuss it in a member's home (while enjoying some yummy refreshments). Childcare can be arranged if you would like to come and need to bring your little ones. Contact the church office for more information.
Children & Youth Sunday School
Our Sunday School classes for the pre-schoolers thru 5th graders are based on the biblical stories and the Narrative Lectionary. This gives the children an opportunity to get to know who God is and see his wondrous works through the Old and New Testaments. They are able to see God's love for us. These classes meet at 9:50 AM on Sundays during the school year.
Middle School and High School students also meet during the school year at 9:50 AM. These classes have Bible-based stories, but they are more directly connected to everyday life. This gives students the ability to see how God's work and love is still very much alive. Confirmation classes are also available - contact the church office for more information.
